Bought this set because my "high heat resistant" nylon set was warping while sautéing and general cooking. This set does not warp or start disintegrating on high heat. It is not flimsy or cheap quality. Also it's all one piece and it has no joints so I don't have to worry about the head coming off on washing after a few uses or grease getting into the joints.It's definitely high quality and a good buy. It does get stained with certain spices.
