Once you have connected all the eero hubs together (easy via the app) you then put your sky router into "modem mode" which effectively stops it transmitting WiFi and your eero becomes the main WiFi router **Q: I have a virgin hub 3. does the eero need to connect to this with an ethernet cable or can they connect via wi-fi?** A: LAN Cable between the Virgin Hub and the main Eero Mesh, Your Virgin hub will need to be put into Modem mode to ensure the system works. From doing this myself I recommend making a note of your existing WIFI settings and set your mesh to use the same SSID and password information, it will mean almost all devices will automatically connect to the Mesh without having to go through and manually reconnect all the devices to a new WIFI connection **Q: Can you use the eero 6 router as an extender?
