They're all great quality. I can't tell which pans are new and which ones I have been using. They scrub clean very easily and I haven't had any real scratches or gouges. I use these for nearly all my baking now. Upgraded my rating from 4 to 5/5 stars. Also, based on what I've got from this company, maybe check out the pans with lids set - it might be worth the money. Below is my original review The pans are good quality, so far no discoloration or warping. The cake and lasagna pan are a little short, but still good. Would probably buy again as I use most of the set almost daily. These pans are amazing and since my air fryer is big, this expands my ability to have another oven for just the two of us, I don’t have to heat up big oven.
