We loved it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Profoundly Beautiful and Unique Story of Hope, Miracles and Spiritual Growth! *by T***W on January 18, 2025* Miracles from Heaven is a profoundly beautiful and unique story about how God works miracles in the life of a family living in Texas. Kylie Rogers plays Anna Beam who suddenly becomes very sick and needs to be taken to the emergency room late one night. Little does her mother and father know that they are going to be on quite a journey while her illness worsens. Throughout this movie, Jennifer Garner made me understand the emotions of a mother who was desperately fighting for her child's life. As Christy Beam she takes on a role of a lifetime. Martin Henderson also is great as Kevin Beam, her husband and dad of her three daughters. Dr. Nurko is really funny and makes the movie take a break from any serious considerations. He knows children love to laugh. Queen Latifah as Angela also brought lots of humor into the story and her warm joy on screen is so beautiful. So basically this story is about an incurable disease and doctors have given little hope for recovery. As you watch this movie you just can't imagine this could have a good outcome. Although the scene with the Monet art almost foreshadows Kylie's visit to heaven which is gorgeous once you see it. As a movie based on a real-life story you also get to see the real family at the end of the movie. One of the things that impressed me throughout the movie was the camera work. Each moment was captured so expertly it was just amazing making you feel like you were right in the room with the characters. The other thing I enjoyed was the emotive music throughout the movie. I watched this movie once a few days ago, then sent that copy to a friend and bought myself another copy to watch with the commentary feature on. That was very revealing and helped me to understand how the movie was created so wonderfully. The extras on this DVD are really well done and essential to understanding parts of the movie.
