Review: Perfect, comfortable, with amazing support - This is sincerely the best weight lifting belt I've ever owned. I'm been seriously lifting for most of my life and have had probably 50 different belts, some better than others. I have never had one that was perfect until now. I am 6ft and 250 lbs and the large is perfect, 34 inch waist. I've never had one that support d my lower back so perfectly while still providing COMFORTABLE abdominal support. This thing hugs your hips perfectly with plenty of support but is still flexible for when you are in a deep squat position. I usually only use a belt for squat and deadlift, this one, I didn't want to take off so it goes for the whole workout. I would have gladly paid 100 bucks for something like this but it wasn't a third of that cost. Get one, try it for yourself, make or female, I can't imagine how a belt could be any better, truly outstanding. Thank you RDX for making my workouts safe and comfortable again.
