Easy to install and very helpful but I realized I only got enough to mark 12 frets. I went to neck notes website and was reading that they have them to cover 24 frets. I thought I had got screwed. I emailed customer service and got an instant response. They informed me that they would send me a full 24 fret set because I only got the 12. No questions asked. They stand by their product and customer service is really second to none.
