Then screws to the floor?** A: Yes, I disconnected the flange and pipe assembly from the black tank. Then I shallow cut the flange on four sides and peeled the four pieces off the pipe. Used sandpaper to clean up the leftover glue. Installed the pipe with silicone sealant back into the black tank. PVC glued the flange and pipe, and pressed/twisted the flange into place over the pipe, securing it with screws to the floor. Then tightened the clamp on he backwater tank. Has been working fine for about a year.
