Book really has 5-6 different locations that are unique with a different story going on in each. It works really well. Only minor criticism is the ember blade which shows up at the end is only used once and not even by the main character. That aspect was underwhelming but there is so much more here it is hardly an issue. I am a fan of Quaintrell, Cahill, Huston. Swann.
