**Q: Is this useful for a 12 year old girl to learn how to improve her swing?**
A: This question is best answered by a professional. However, I do believe that just concentrating on a swing that is inside out leaves much less of a chance of the left wrist breaking down. That seemed to be true in my case and eliminated the need for the brace. Hope this helps.

A: Not sure which product you are looking at.  The picture is a wrist band, I ordered and receive an arm band which is what I reviewed.  If you are looking at the arm band, yes it is universal.  However, someone with big arms may feel it's a little bit too tight.  I does stretch.

A: The one I have is a semi rigid plastic material.

**Q: What is the best material to fill this bag?**
A: Soft materials can be used, cloth, cotton, flannelette, etc.
