There was a reference in the other material to the end of the DVD which is how I found it. I think a "Getting Started" page at the front of the Package would be VERY USEFUL. The marketing materials as well are of the "jam in as much as you can on the page" variety which I found very distracting. The laminated Exercise Chart is good, but it is two sided so not as easy to pin on a nearby wall as a poster. You also have to stop, get it, look for the next exercise, then resume. A poster which you could see the exercises at a distance from the unit would be really good (I might go visit Kinkos and do my own) The Book: Looking good Feeling Great contains some good tips on exercise and some good anecdotal benefits of the rebounder. I guess good post purchase reinforcement and encouragement to use the unit faithfully for 6-12 months and you should cure what ails you (or at least see a difference that you can associate to rebounding). It is very persuasive. I'll come back and provide an update on how it's all going, but generally so far I'm very happy. Review: Pleasantly Surprised - I've been considering getting a rebounder for a few years but all the health claims sounded a bit too much like snake oil. I finally took the plunge figuring I could use it for walking and jogging in the winter and after 3 weeks of 3-4 times a week gently bouncing, walking, or jogging I'm happy to say I'm actually experiencing some of the claims! In this day and age of companies cutting corners it was refreshing to find the Cellerciser is very well made with no skimping on quality materials or construction that I can see. I love how easy it is to fold and unfold and that the legs are attached by springs and simply pulling disconnects them from the frame and folds them towards the body. It was up and usable in minutes and there was absolutely no smell as has been reported with other brands. I haven't assembled the balance bar so can't speak to that. I do not find rebounding to be particularly fun as some report but it is not unspeakably boring like the treadmill. It has definitely strengthened my core. I haven't done a single sit-up since getting the Cellerciser yet my lower back and my abdominal muscles are much stronger. It massages the intestines and has noticeably improved my "elimination". One of the unexpected benefits has been how it has strengthened my balance. I didn't think I had an issue with balance but boy do I feel a difference in my knees, ankles and hips! It's like all the little muscles surrounding the joints have strengthened. Another unexpected benefit is how it has improved the tone of my skin from where it has been a bit flabby from having lost weight. I wasn't having trouble going to sleep or getting back to sleep when I woke up in the night but seem to be sleeping more deeply and waking up less. I can't speak to whether it strengthens the immune system but the claims about how bouncing helps flush the lymph are consistent with what I've read about the lymph system. I'm glad I spent the money and got such a high quality piece of equipment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, enjoyable and a good workout right at home *by M***R on February 18, 2015* I heard a lot about rebounder trampolines as far as a workout went, so I decided to try it out. I have this in my basement, so doing 15-30 minutes at a time on a schedule or even in my spare time or while watching television is no problem at all. I can get my heart rate up in 5 minutes depending on the kind of bouncing activity I do. It can be a great workout. I'm arthritic and I could never do this much sustained aerobic activity before without causing pain and having to take a day or two off being active because or it. It comes with a booklet and a DVD. The DVD is kind of odd, and the Cellerciser guy on it says it does practically every good thing but give you the winning lottery numbers, but it shows a number of exercises that can be done on it, so if you don't mind the weird guy on the DVD it is informative. It also comes with a booklet with a large range of exercises including exercises for specific body areas, which is good. The booklet also imparts a story of a man who worked at a desk and bowled for activity but after using the Cellerciser he never got a cold or the flu again! Ok, so you can't see me shaking my head with that one, but if you ignore the hype and use the rest of the information that comes with this rebounder it's a good thing. From checking a number of non-retailer sources on the internet, it seems that trampolining is becoming recognized as very good exercise with some good health benefits. This model is sturdy and stable when it is set up. It folds flat and comes with a carry bag so it can be portable. It's weight is approximately 40 pounds. It has a stabilizing bar, which I find to be a good thing because my balance isn't that great. It comes with two extra springs, which seem to be quite solid and heavy-duty. I enjoy the activity and though the Cellerciser isn't the most expensive model out there it isn't cheaply made.
