Highly recommended - I was cautious when I ordered this since the company were inconsistent, but when this arrived I was very impressed. The computer looks like new and seems to work perfectly. Specs were exactly as described. My company IT people said that it was an amazing deal. It was well packed and arrived on schedule. I have only used it for a day, but based on this I would highly recommend the seller.
Review: Wonderful overall laptop with a nice touch - The number of ports are limited. The camera can be improved. It would also be nice to have another camera on the cover like a Surface Pro since there is a chance to host a hybrid meeting nowadays. The screen bezel is wider than their competitors, but it is perfectly fine to me because it is still narrow enough. Although it is a 13.5", the screen appears to be bigger because of ratio aspect MS chose to use. I really like this extra screen space. The ice blue color is just so beautiful beyond words. The Alcantara keyboard is so comfortable and such a joy to type on. It is pretty too. I think the Surface Laptop 4 is an excellent choice for people who prefers a Windows platform.
