I like that you can adjust the weight. Velcro is strong and holds well. I'll get the next set up when I progress to that level. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and easily adjusted with removable weight inserts *by A***. on June 26, 2025* I almost did not buy these adjustable ankle weights because it is not advertised well. The images neglect to show how it is actually adjusted. I'm glad I took a chance on these!I previously used a velcro strip style ankle weight and the velcro strip constantly dug into my skin. I started using these as soon as they arrived and have used them every day since. These are insanely more comfortable than any other ankle weights I have tried.For the adjustable aspect, there are 5 little compartments which contain 1 lb weight each. They are easily removed via a well-functioning zipper, things allowing you to choose how many weights to use.The only slight con I can mention is that the weights will slip down a little but I think that is to be expected considering my slim ankles.
