When the time came for this product to "save the day" over two years later, it failed miserably. I tried all sizes on multiple occasions. The drill tips didn't drill and the retraction tips didn't bite or retract. The smallest drill bit actually disintegrated completely. I thought 'Lifetime Warranty' would mean some degree of quality, but after seeing how this really didn't do anything it was supposed to, it seems as though this is just a marketing statement to sell more items. Given the age of the order, Amazon couldn't do anything for me (not their fault), other than provide a phone number. Without the Amazon connection, I don't like the prospect of a cold call to a 1-800 #. My guess is that they will need some sort of proof of purchase or some laborious process to get my 7 bucks of resolution. Honestly, it's not worth it at this point. I've wasted more than 7 dollars of my time already. What an utter disappointment. If the vendor sees this, believes this to be a singular defective item, and wants to send me a knew one via Amazon, that'd be GREAT, but I'm not holding my breath. At this point, I only hope I can help spare others from thinking they're buying a great "back-up plan" for stripped screws when they really aren't.
