can i freeze lemon or lime juice in silicone ice cube trays?

Yes, you should be able to just fine. Just know that when you wash the tray, you should really just use cold water since hot water can sometimes cause a permanent rubbery smell on silicone ice cube trays.

Their website (wandpdesign) says Oven Safe, Microwave Safe, and Dishwasher Safe!

can i clean these trays in the steam? how high temp can it resist?

It says dishwasher safe but I wouldn’t do it. I hand wash.
