I was very disappointed when the person I sent these oysters to in a basket full of other things received them. I was under the impression that there were 3 boxes of oysters at 2.13 per box since the cost was $6.39. He received 1 box of oysters. I would not have paid $6.39 for 1 small box of oysters that I could have purchased for a little more than $1 elsewhere.

I bought Ocean Prince Fancy Whole Smoked Oysters in cottonseed oil 3 oz for $1.20 at BigLots and boy were they nice and plump and tasty. Perfect for loading on a cracker as an appetizer or just eating out of the can like I do! Obviously, you can't count on them being at a BigLot store and so I went online looking for a deal on Amazon. Can't believe there isn't any on this item, and currently the pricing offered is insane: Amazon 2 left "Price: $16.49" yet it also says "($5.50 / Item) " ??!!
