What is the difference between this model (archer t9uh(uk) ) and the other model (archer t9uh)? does the (uk) in the model mean something?

I checked with TP-link support the manufactuers of this item . They advised the UK designates sold in the United Kingdom. While they advised it would work in the States, they recommend the US version for the States. They also noted that IF you use the UK model, and you need to update the drivers, to use the UK drivers Here is their suport link for any further questions. They were very helpful. Hope this helps
