Reading the reviews I thought I would give it a shot. I use a hose to fill our pool and it is always in the way and the concept really appealed to me. So far so good, no defects and works perfectly. Because I fill the pool, I don't just stand there with a hose in my hand. When the water flows the hose shrinks to its "at rest" size and didn't go all the way to the pool. The cure was simple; I just tied it into a knot on the hand rail. The water flows perfectly and the hose has no sign of wear from where I tie it into the knot. I would caution if you need a hose where the water flows unrestricted you may want to buy a longer hose or have some way to secure it to the delivery point. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Worst one yet *by R***K on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2017* I've been using expandable hoses since they became available. They generally only last two years or less, but they're so convenient, I don't mind.This one was advertised as extra strong, so I thought I would give it a try. It last a couple of months and maybe four very light uses before it burst. Worst one yet. It LOOKS sturdier, but it isn't.
