I love what this has already done for my skin. Truly. This helped with my skin problems and starting wrinkles, (I have excema) but it makes me dizzy. Drinking more water isn’t enough. Symptoms always worsen after every 1/2 dose (never the full dose) and haven’t cleared even after days without use. Standing up often gives me a headache now. (This is my only diet change so I can’t see how it could be anything else) Just something to watch out for I guess. Amendments: 4 stars- I tried the pills after the powder, because I really want to take this product. So far, no problems. I’m thinking the tiny seal on the bag of powder (despite using an additional chip clip on the bag) may have been insufficient. I live in a damp place. I wonder if the powder went bad and I had no way to know. So now I take the pills, but I open each capsule and pour them in a glass. If the pills are soft or melted and I can’t open them, then I discard them. So far so good.
