I found instructions a bit confusing to get them setup initially, but once installed they work quite well, do wish the handles had padding as they can get a bit uncomfortable to hold for longer periods.

I love my jay flex. Fits on most doors that have even door hinge heights and fits a wide variety of widths. Super sturdy and have had no problems using mine at all. I love how portability they are and easy to use. Highly recommend if you need a portable pull up bar and you need it to work on different sized door hinges that a normal pull up bar won’t work on

It will consistently fall off ledge, not safe. They have 2 holes on each of the orange locking bars: it might be more sturdy if you put a plug (screw or something) in them (see attached picture). But the directions said nothing about plugging those holes, neither was their anything in the box for them. Their other product was better. ***They replied and sent me screws that were supposed to come with my product (maybe I threw away the originals, idk), but we will see and I will change my review accordingly. They sent me a replacement, item is fine, works as it should. It is plastic, so don't throw it around or it will break. It is a very useful and versatile tool.

Generally acceptable parts and materials, but some needed modifications to allow assembly. Design is basically good, with a few weaknesses in small details. Once firmly on the door frame, they work nicely and met my needs.

I don't usually write reviews for products but I couldn't let anyone else order these things without hearing my experience. This is perhaps the most poorly made, poorly designed, dangerous piece of workout equipment I have ever encountered. After receiving my Ryze ups I read the instructions, adjusted the red plastic brackets, and mounted the Ryze ups on my door frame. My doorframe is relatively wide and very sturdy, they seemed like they fit great. I did about 10 slow and controlled pullups before the red plastic bracket became dislodged and I came slamming into the ground. I chalked the first fall up to a fluke and put them back up, another 10 or so pullups and they failed again, again I slammed into the hardwood floor. I gave it a third try and the same thing happened. On top of the failure, they just feel cheaply made, they don't feel sturdy or substantial at all but rather feel like cheap plastic. If they weren't prone to failure and were made of better quality material this would be a great product but as the Ryze ups are designed now they are dangerous and should be completely avoided.
