After about a month the tab covering the Lightning plug came off as the rubber was thin and fragile. The simple motion of pulling the tab out and pushing it back in again wore down the rubber and it eventually cracked and separated from the case.2. The headphone jack tab has a slot for it to be plugged in. However, it does not line up properly, so the whole tab must be pulled out to allow headphones to be pugged in.3. Lint and debris are constantly getting under the protective screen from the opening at the top (for the camera and ear speaker) and on the bottom (for the home button). This is not an easy case to take apart, so it is rather time consuming to dismantle it all just to get hair or dust specks out from under the screen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Slightly bulky but Good *by P***M on Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2017* I've had an ECL case before and it worked wonders on protecting my phone (even from a 4 foot drop onto a marble floor).
