It's a little complicated to navigate through the menus, but it works well. We have been having some difficulty with the power cutting out and this finally allowed us to determine what the problem was and change the set points. If your system is having issues and all you have to go on is the error light, this product will likely solve your problem or at least give you enough access to learn what is causing the problem.
