Iam a size 34 waist. Do i order small? Im 5’9” 180

I ordered a size up. The binder is constructed such that it is totally adjustable, and if you get it larger, then you can just wrap it around a bit farther and it will still fit, while ensuring that the fit is perfect. If you order it too small, you may end up being uncomfortable if it's too tight. Just my opinion!

I am 5’6” 130 lbs (i usually wear a size 26/27 waist pants). i am wondering if the 30”-45 would work on me? i’m recovering frm abdominal wall surgery

It's super adjustable but youay be better off getting a smaller size

How do you measure for size?

Hi! Using a soft, flexible tape measure, find the circumference around the widest part of your body where you plan to wear the binder. Small fits 30”- 45”, Medium fits 46”- 62”, Large fits 60”- 75”, XL fits 75”- 90”, and 2XL fits 90”- 105”. Thanks!

Can you see this under a shirt?

No, but if your shirt is really form fitting you can kind of see the lines between the panels. It's far from obvious to see though.
