When I first saw this pack I thought it was just going to be yet another, admittedly beautiful figure that would be mediocre once placed on the portal/JoyCon's NFC reader, but I am happy to say I was mistaken. Gill Grunt is quite strong and agile, and unlike his base figure, he uses melee attacks instead of shooting slow spears from a distance, and he does decent damage. On the 3DS, the Reef Ripper is a fast and smooth vehicle when used by Gill Grunt (when it's supercharged), and has helped me gain stars right off the bat. It's sad that it can't be used to play on Switch's Imaginators. As for the content unlockable by the trophy, the races are quite fun, but can get frustrating on higher levels.
