**Q: Do the girnar instant chai premix with masala, girnar instant chai premix with ginger or the girnar instant chai premix with cardamom contain caffeine**
A: All Girnar tea premixes are caffeine free

**Q: How can I prevent the unsweetened versions of your products from clumping?  The unsweetened versions do not dissolve like the sweetened versions do.**
A: I have never had this issue. My best advise is to use a dry cup in the first place and start stirring immediately after your pour the hot water. I hope it resolves your issue

**Q: Can you make "whipped chai tea ?"   You know like the "Whipped instant coffee ?"**
A: Yep. This is just like instant coffee. 

FYI chai=tea not sure why people call it chai tea it's like saying tea tea or coffee coffee.

**Q: Do you have an unsweetened version?**
A: Yes we do carry that.

I first tried this tea on a flight in India and it tasted better than any instant tea I had tried before that. So when I got back home I decided to order some for use at home. Tea drinkers are a picky lot and each person likes their chai to be made just right for it to work. So by that measure this instant tea tastes great. It is especially good to serve guests some ginger tea in a jiffy. For my own taste though, this tea is too milky and a bit sweet. For it to taste just right, I brew a quarter cup of black tea and add it to the instant brew. That makes the tea a bit stronger a dilutes the sweetness a bit which makes the tea much more drinkable for me. The hassle of having to brew black tea separately makes this a lot less desirable for me on a regular basis, however it is a decent product. If you like your tea to be milky, the way darjeeling tea is had, you will like this mix. If you like strong Assam tea, you will find this too light. At almost $26 for 10 sachets, it is not cheap, so I won't be buying it again, but it was worth one try.
