(Previously they sent me a pair of boots, each being a different size). This time, the stapler had clearly been returned and repackaged without anyone having bothered to test it. Anyway, after I figured out how to unjam the stapler loading mechanism, the machine worked perfectly. Very fast and totally adjustable to any length I desired. And it can staple an amazing thickness of sheets. Loading staples never jammed after that, either, so it also helps if the purchaser is not a moron. So five stars for the stapler and one star for good old AWD.
