The pan does not come with them.** A: I did not get instructions but I found them on line. You Just fill the pan with an inch of water then place the egg poacher on the pan. Fill the cups with up to 4 eggs and place the lid on it and keep the water boiling until the desired cooking time of your eggs (about ) five minutes and you are done. I do recommend lightly spaying or wiping the cups with olive oil to ease the eggs from the cups after cooking.
