For a long time before I found this one, I was using the fix plus spray by MAC and it did work for awhile, but I found that it did not last for very long and did not give me the smooth finish I was looking for. I use this product to dampen my beauty blender before using it and as a setting spray after I do my makeup. I have found that it reduces the appearance of large pores, prevents breakouts, and helps even out skin tone. I have been using this setting spray for six months and my skin looks amazing. Also, I appreciate that this product is silicone free, paraben free, oil free, and cruelty free. I think that it is acutally helping my acne because I spray this on, apply my makeup, put on the finishing spray and then I do not have to touch my face again for the entire day to re-apply any more makeup. My makeup goes on much better as well! It seems to blend better and I don't get any blotchy areas where I try to cover up with powder. I have been using this for over a month and I still have more than half the bottle left too. You don't need to spray a crazy amount on for it to work.
