The fit is nice and the holes for the camera and all the buttons lined up nicely. It will definitely give good drop protection. My only complaint is the handles might be better if they were thicker towers the top or less flexible. My son holds on to them when watching movies on my iPad, but I could see them getting ripped off if pulled hard enough.
