It cuts easily and doesn't roll up at the edges when trying to iron it in (like Madeira!). I use this for covering the back of my machine embroidered garments to protect the skin from irritation from the stitching . Stitches don't poke through, it adheres exceptionally well and this makes the whole finish looks neat and high quality ...this will be my go to product from now on . Definitely recommended.

Excellent item , I would say better than the Madeira brand which is much more expensive for far less on a roll . It cuts easily and doesn't roll up at the edges when trying to iron it in (like Madeira!). I use this for covering the back of my machine embroidered garments to protect the skin from irritation from the stitching . Stitches don't poke through, it adheres exceptionally well and this makes the whole finish looks neat and high quality ...this will be my go to product from now on . Definitely recommended.

Have used this backing for years now, i think black is much nicer to use on items like jackets when you will occasionally see the back of embroidery, i use two pieces for dense designs and one piece is good enough for simple text etc
