I just roast them in my air fryer for about 4 to 5 minutes and let cool. Nuts come out sweet and crunchy.

This is a good value and wonderful product. Always.quick and always fresh. Good size.

I was about to add a different brand of macadamia nuts (3 lb bag) to my cart and then saw this 3 lb bag and thought this one looked better (or maybe read something that seemed better about it) - whatever the reason, I bought these. They arrived, the bag has an "easy open" tab to pull which should rip off the top leaving the bag open and with a Ziploc type of seal, which is a great idea, but when I ripped the tab it messed up and opened the bag in a weird way which left the nuts exposed. But that's a minor issue - I was going to just dump them into a Ziploc bag. BUT - I could smell a bad smell, then I tasted them, and they were RANCID!!! They smell (and taste) like the floor of a garage, with like an almost oily/gasoline type smell! PLUS - I didn't expect all whole nuts, but almost all of it is halves and pieces, and not only that, but halves and pieces of SMALL nuts, not larger ones that seem to be normal from other brands. I just bought the other brand that I was originally going to buy and they just arrived and they are almost all whole nuts, taste great, clean, bag opened fine, etc. Of all the problems with this product I could have lived with ANY of them EXCEPT THAT THESE ARE NOT EVEN EDIBLE!!! AND AMAZON WON'T LET ME RETURN THESE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE "PRIME"!!! TERRIBLE!!! After this review I'm complaining to Amazon's customer service immediately!!!!

Item as described, however they "best by/expiration date" was only a month after purchase, so hard to get thru them all that fast. The taste fell off after that.

We like these in salads mainly. They were fresh enough but not the freshest we've had. They weren't sour or spoiled and the value was fantastic. Mostly whole but some pieces here and there. You get so much we put them in three containers to store in the fridge. When needed, I will roast them with a dash of salt for flavor. I like they are unsalted so I can use Himalayan salt with them while roasting for extra good taste.

Good value for the amount you get. They are a nice size of nut. I am looking foward to roasting these for snacking. I like that I can toast them as needed and salt with a small amount.

I like them better after I roast/toast them. I usually toss them in a little olive oil, put a little sea salt on them, and roast them in the oven on 350 for about 20-30 minutes. I do this to bring out the flavor a little more. I think they are better roasted/toasted. Then I toss them back in the resealable bag they came in! Keeps them perfectly fresh. I have gotten them a few times and I have never been happier. Never a "bad nut" in any bag that I've gotten.

I've bought several of these bags to use as mixes with blueberries and walnuts instead of the Blueprint mixes. In a mix they're fine. By themselves they taste a bit stale, but I can't say that they are, just that the unseasoned flavor to me tastes oxidized/stale. Very crunchy, decent quality, and a good value for the money.
