Review: Clean ingredients, dissolves smoothly. Excellent mild flavor. - Since I can’t do cow dairy, I can’t compare this to regular denatured whey protein powder. However, I can say that this product is excellent. Some say that it is a little “goaty” but I don’t get that at all. It does make things taste a bit like milk, but it is not overwhelming at all. It dissolves smoothly. Leave no grit in my nondairy yogurt. When first stirring it in the yogurt, it is kind of clumpy. But if I let it sit just a couple of minutes and stir again, it all dissolves away, cleanly and smoothly. Excellent protein source Wish it were cheaper. :)
