And I see gives it a one-star which I find very unhelpful for anyone interested in buying a PC computer. I'm aware of the situation myself after many years of still owning the same computer and it still running great. I'm fully aware of the software operating system on there but it does not bother me not one bit. I don't care. I find it very disruptive and very rude for the product itself because it's been very reliable and just because it wasn't verified doesn't mean it's not a great product the one star was not necessary and very unwarranted and that's my opinion after a person who owns this product to this date. I had my issues with the computer but they were issues I created. One was software and the other was power adapter. The ONLY real flaw is the SD card reader. But no one uses that. I know I don't. Easily overlooked.This computer is fast, quiet, and 4 years later I still use everyday. Probably one of my best purchases I made at the time.Has a lot packed into it for a cheap price compared to other computers with same attributes. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Sketchy and unsafe company that blackmailed me. Response to questions was concise and very quick. I am very pleased with the performance of this fanless i7 PC and it is working great for video and photo editing, and is amazingly faster than my old HP AMD Phenom 6 core. Boot time is ten seconds and processing videos is very good, except for onboard video graphics is not optimal, but I knew there would be limitations without a dedicated graphics card.
