Love the burgers
This product is only worth a few bucks, but I like it so much I bought a couple as gifts to send to relatives. Great way to make burgers with the leaner ground beef I prefer but not offered in pre-made patties at the store. The biggest mold makes a nice 1/4 pound patty. Made from what is probably ABS plastic, which is sturdy and can be cleaned in dishwasher. Have not used the other molds or tried any stuffed burgers, which my intuition says would be little tedious to build. Wax paper is helpful in getting frozen burgers apart.

Flattens hamburger. And ground chicken. And tuna.
Utilizes basic application of compressive force to shape globs of protein into round shapes of protein of mostly uniform thickness. Iโm sure thereโs a law from Newton in there somewhere. Or Archimedes. Have I tried the small insert/slider mold? No. Iโm a grown man. Not worth the effort (see pi*r^2). Bonus papers thrown in worth it? If youโre going to freeze or store for a long period I suppose. However when theyโre gone Iโll just place my protein pucks on wax paper as before for refrigerator or freezer storage in a Ziplocยฎ๏ธ bag. If I were to become a full-time manual protein puck producing professional I would research how to make the press face non-stick, but naturally. The current adhering forces create perturbations in the final form due to the removal process. This negatively impacts cooking standardization and, of course, presentation appeal. So, yeah, itโs a good product for what it does but the stickiness is its Archimedes Heel.

Not quite as advertised, however functional.
Not as many parts as advertised, however functional for burgers and sliders as well. You'll figure it out. Less 'moving' parts. Works for stuffed burger ideas. Great price. Easy to use and clean. I lightly spray press every few burgers. Papers come in handy for stacking and separating for storing/freezing. Can't wait to experiment with stuffed burgers and creative uniform sliders. Minus one star for unkown quality of plastic and durability.

Great value and does the job -- but ...
Great price: It does the job, but it is slow and messy. It took me almost 1-hour to make 24-patties for the freezer. Being plastic, when you press down on the plunger the large flat section bows up slightly. Before removing the Pattie from the round mold base, you need to press the center flat to the edges. If you do not do that as you stack them the stack will lean over and fall. Also the flat plastic disk that is dropped into the round base keeps getting jammed. The hole at the bottom of the base needs to be a little smaller in diameter to prevent that jamming so the edge does not catch. I suggest you look for a metal version like this style ASIN B0F9TQJQ9M or this ASIN B09TZP3F9G. It's not worth the effort of returning as it at least gave the experience to understand the process and see a better way of doing this. I think I will opt for the metal plunger style next.

Making hamburger patties
Love it, meat likes to stick but spray some Spam on it and that takes care of the problem.

Makes a round patty
After years of trying to make a round meat patty, this little item solved the mystery. Using the larger mold, I carefully took some ground beef, placed it in the middle of the "plate" and used the handled press, pressed down to create the perfect beef patty. I lift up on the press, and the patty easily comes off the plate, into an air flyer or frying pan. Within seconds, had made 6 patties. No more hand pressing and ending up with broken unfilled edges, this mold allows me to easily make patties worthy of the hamburger you'd get from a fast food restaurant. Easy to wash, and store. Would recommend this.

The size of the slider piece is a bit small.
I bought it to make slider patties for my son. The slider piece is a bit on the small side, which is a disappointment for my intended use. Also, there is no press for the slider size, they want you to use the main patty press to press down on top of the slider plastic piece...so it doesn't press it, more like compacts it a bit to just fit the plastic slider piece. It's a flawed kit, but for the quality of the people involved in making a $10 tool, it's to be expected I guess.

Missing parts
It looked like it would do what it claims but there was no parchment papers and one of parts was missing, so I returned it.
