I originally thought of using the "Prayer" grip (both thumbs on top, fingers interlaced under the grip), and installed the Flat Cat with this in mind with the flat surfaces perpendicular to the face. Never could get fully comfortable with this, so I ended up removing the Flat Cat and installing with the flat sides parallel to the face. This worked out very well, and my normal left hand low style feels great.
