This model is described as dc62. another labtec model is described as dc59 (& is dearer). what is the difference between the two?

The dc 62 has a capacity of 4000maH, the dc59 is 4500maH

I have just charged my replacement 4000ma battery and used the hoover, lasted 10-15 mins. This is no longer than the 2100ma battery that it replaced.

May be a faulty battery. This one lasts longer than the 2100mah one I replaced

Our battery has stopped working after less than 6 months and will no longer charge. How do I initiate a return / replacement process?

I sent mine back to China at a cost of £6 and never heard another thing afet only using the battery twice. I think you will have to write this one off. Bunch of clowns
