It’s very easy to use. The handles retract easily for storage. I also love that the scale reads out the weight measurement to you. It is a great size and it looks really nice in my bathroom closet. I highly recommend! I researched and researched many scales and this is the one that I bought and I’m so glad I did! It’s worth the money, in comparison to a lot of scales in the market!

**Q: How to connect the scale to the mobile phone？**
A: I recently purchased this scale and it says in product description to use “Fitdays” app BUT when you scan the QR Code that comes in the box “user manual” it comes up as “Runstar” App and not  “Fitstar”.

**Q: It says it shows 15 essential measurements but it does not. I even connected it to my phone, and delivers the weight pretty well.**
A: If you download the app, connect everything properly, once you weigh in you’ll see a “more data” button. It’ll have the measurements there

**Q: Can the app sync data to local phone storage I don't really want to have any of my data uploaded to a un-trusted cloud service?**

A: It came with instructions to download and connect with app. It was very easy to do. Setting up personal no was also easy
