My old toolbox was 22 inches long and held everything except my power drill. This OEMTOOLS box is the closest I have found in 5 years of searching. It is 20 inches long. My old toolbox had a lot of compartments for storing screws and other miscellaneous parts. This new toolbox has five chambers for storing parts, not as much as my old toolbox but good enough. The compartments look like there are 3 on the left and 3 on the right, but actually, it is an illusion. There are just two on the left and two on the right. It is acceptable but I wish they didn't use deceptive tactics to pretend there are more compartments. I am including pictures of the old vs. new and then showing the two new toolboxes (the 20 inch and the 12 inch) with the tray outside and inside. The tray in the larger toolbox is 2 inches high. When it sits inside the toolbox, there are 5 inches depth for other tools and items. I decided to put my most frequently used tools in the smaller, lightweight toolbox and everything else in the larger one. A full sized hammer will NOT fit in the smaller toolbox, but that is okay with me. This way, when I do the majority of projects, I have a lightweight toolbox.
