I usually buy my plants from a local nursery; however, I saw this unusual variety of Hosta, and since my garden is very shady, and I always look for unusual colorings to brighten it... I gave this a try. Honestly!! I am VERY PLEASED. First, the little plant arrived well packaged, healthy with 3 small, pale leaves from the root bulb already visible. I immediately put it in a pot of regular garden soil and placed it outdoors. Although it has been a cool spring in the 60s, this plant is already thriving, growing, and showing the unusual color pattern in just a few days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nursery!

I expected something larger than what I received. It was so small that I thought it wasn’t in the pkg. Very disappointed for the price.

Exactly what I asked for! Came packaged and shipped with care. When I opened it, the first thing I noticed is that it has a beautiful, bangin', healthy root system. My package came in during a stormy week and it was already starting to sprout, so I popped it into a pot, gave it some water, and said "grow." And grow it did! I'll be putting it in with my Big Daddy hostas now that the weather is permitting. I'd say the new leaves are definitely green, but the leaf pattern I wanted is there. Once the leaves mature, I'm sure the colors will change. Another side note with hostas is that they are slow to grow, so make sure you understand that you will need a little patience with these babies. Absolutely will buy from this seller again. Such a strong and healthy little plant!

The root shipped was in good shape when it arrived. Started in a pot indoors. Once fear of frost was over I transplanted outside. Two months later and its doing well. Big expectations for next year. Very happy so far. Be patient and remember the rule of "1st year sleep, 2nd year creep, 3rd year leap."

I purchased a couple of these and only one came up this year. I was hoping for more, but maybe next year. The hosta that came up is beautiful. I would purchase these again.

It was delivered very small and nearly dead. I planted it anyway to see if it grows and matures like I'd hope it would.

So i have seen quite a few not so good reviews on here. But our little Fire and ice hosta was in great shape and very healthy. It came in a timely matter and was packed awesome. Had plenty of roots and sprouts. Received it today and planted it today. If it does not survive for some reason it is on US! Gonna be beautiful when it grows up. Happy with it for sure😍
