A: Not familiar with the el-1, but the beamers with most flashes.  Adjustable.

**Q: Will this work on an olympus em1 markii ?**
A: Yes it will fit the Olympus extended flash unit it works well on my Olympus flash

**Q: will the fx3 fit on a godox 850 or is the fx 6 a better fit**
A: Hi

Unfortunately there are no Godox flashes on the official list of models.  However, on our website (Amazon will not let us send you a link) there is a sizing guide where you can find the closest fit based on the measurements of your flash head.

**Q: I ordered the fx-3, but the package is confusing: one label says fx-6, but another label says it's for 580 ii (ie, fx-3). which is it?**
A: Sorry but I don't know.  I think your only option is to ask the supplier, or just send it back.
