**Q: Does it come with a workout  dvd**
A: dvd not important. Unless the twister has been vastly improved the only value it has is about 50¢ at the junk yard. I did a modification on ours to make it workable. Do a Google search before considering buying it.

**Q: what is the hight and width of the cardio twister?**
A: I don't know for sure but I can tell you as a 6'1" man, the hand grips were way too low for the machine to be used comfortably...especially for someone who has any kind fo back pain.  Having to hunch over to use the machine is not a good thing but combining it with the twisting motion of the exercise, it's really bad.  On top of all else, it was a cheaply made machine that really didn't do much.  If you're looking for a low-impact cardio workout where you can also target your upper and/or lower body if needed, you get way more bang for your buck by getting one of the Tony Little Gazelle machines.  I threw my Cardio Twister in the trash about three weeks after I got it.

**Q: What is the recomended interval of weight for using cardio twister?**
A: Well I've had mine for a while so I really don't know but it probably says in the description?? My boyfriend has used it a few times and he is was 225 when I bought it. It's a great little machine, I have bought others and I keep going back to the cardio twister! Hope this helps, but I know it will be good for at least 225 lbs.

A: It came with a workout video dvd, but did not have a meal plan
