Did exactly what we wanted ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well for sous vide purposes *by R***N on 13 July 2026* A lot of mixed reviews; however, for our family, this unit worked perfectly for sous vide sealing / cooking purposes. Only once did it not seal completely. We just ran it through again on the manual selection and it did the job. I haven't had this long enough to know if it will hold up after a year's time.
