Um, no. Like most people, I have a 'combination' complexion. Desert dry to oily, especially the nose, back of the neck and shoulders. I've been using it with a coco butter bar soap and it seems to clean the oily without making the dry worse. USB cable is included, but not a charger - have boatloads of them from old phones. In addition to less than perfect skin, I have arthritis in my neck. In combination with a hot shower, this helps with that as well. I found the Foreo Luna cleansed just as well as the Clarisonic and as added bonuses; held a charge way longer (about 4 months with daily use on a single charge) and did not require replacement of brush heads. This made the Luna much more sanitary and less expensive to operate. Additionally, the Luna has both a cleansing side and an "anti-aging" side for stimulating the skin. This made it more multifunctional. I really love my Foreo Luna even though like the Clarisonic, it's a bit expensive.I am going away for a few weeks and given the location I'm traveling to and previous experience with the airlines, I'm really hesitant to take anything expensive with me. I've had lost luggage before and I really don't want to have to replace my Foreo because it's gone missing. I researched Luna dupes on Amazon and found this one which looked identical to my Foreo.It came quickly within a few days in packaging very reminiscent of the Foreo Luna. I unpacked it and even used my Luna connector cable to charge it up. I've used it a few times and quite frankly I can't tell the difference between this and the real thing! It has - and + buttons to alter the speed and a side for cleansing and "anti-aging" just like the Foreo. My skin feels like it gets just as clean with this device as with the Foreo. The massaging effect is the same as well.
