Henckels & 10 years later I am still very pleased with the quality of their knives *by V***A on 15 April 2016* I upgraded from a cheap set of knives to Zwilling JA Henckels & 10 years later I am still very pleased with the quality of their knives. I've gone through several bread machines, but this knife is still cutting my homemade bread perfectly. It slices sharply without tearing the bread. I don't know about their lower models but the ones made in Germany are high quality. I highly recommend this knife if you eat a lot of bread, rolls, or bagels.
