I like it better cause easier to close one handed in my opinion. overall this is a great inexpensive knive & I'm looking into others. the opinel in my opinion isn't better than this 1. get one you'll be pleased. like said not a hardcore unbreakable knive but a very good light everyday carry that will eat most common stuff u cut. came super sharp & holds a edge decent.
