Excellent value for the money
Small pots of Chinese 5 spice in UK supermarkets are so expensive compared to this package. Twice as much spice for half the supermarkets price.

Excellent spice. Really flavourful. Much better than other brands I've used in the past. Will last a long time as only a small amount is required for a deep depth of flavour. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a resealable bag like other spices I use.

Excellent flavour and value for money
I have been using Old India spices for a while now and every single one has been high quality and well produced. This one is well balanced in both smell and taste. Brilliant - I shall keep on with Old India as they fit the bill perfectly. Recommended.

Fantastic value, good quality 5 spice. Benefits from being warmed through before using in recipes. Have used this in numerous Chinese/Thai recipes and also works amazingly as a base for mulled wine!!!

Great spice, my son uses this when he makes his Chinese dishes. The smell is fantastic when cooking. The bag will last quite a while has plenty in. Great quality.
