Can this be used to make cold brew concentrate

Does not make a concentrate. Delicious cold brew ready to drink in 40 minutes.

Tried 4 different coffees, coarse and fine ground. Even with brewing strength on bold I get very weak coffee that is undrinkable. Suggestions?

I've only tried two ground coffees so far. 1. Death Wish, came out kinda weak, so I poured the last two cups back in and brewed another full pot with fresh grounds and colder water, came or much better. 2. Cafe Du Monde. Came out PERFECT first try! Strong and as black as my soul! There wasn't even any sludge, just coffee greatness!

Not very loud at all, the basket spins in the water and it makes minimal noise as it is working.

How many scoops of coffee should I put for 5 cups of water??

I go by the water measure on the container and for the marked 5 cup, I put in 9 of those little scoops. But, I have kuerig pods and 3 pods makes a tasty 5 cups
