Please do not waste your money
Disappointing. It is a book less than 32 pages. Please do not waste your money. Printing may be a better idea.

A book that may well inspire a future scientist or two.
This well illustrated book covers the history of biomedical engineering, highlighting early efforts, failures and successes. It follows that with highlights in the field, noting which had great impact as well as those requiring tweaking or going back to the drawing board. The photos, illustrations, timelines and examples all work together to help readers get a very good basic understanding of the field. Exercises for readers are included as well as a glossary and a further reading list. It's a definitely worthy addition to school and public libraries.

Boo
It was a huge disappointment. I expected an adult book, but it was a children's book.
