It took some time to setup, but then we are in our late 60's and it takes more time for us to do anything anyway, but once setup, It was Awesome!! This bed is so comfortable, and for the price, it beats the cost of a regular bed and far cheaper. So nice to get back into a waterbed again.The pump that comes with it works great!! You need to purchase a 6-10 foot hose to work with it. I overfilled it and had to let some water out.Lots of heavy packages so was glad when delivery man helped bring it inside.
