Magic!!
Used it once back in the 80's but I have to share my story. 3000 gallon tank filled with waste solvent at my plant. A gasket blew on a flange and it was streaming into the containment area. Couldn't tighten bolts. We tried everything. One guy said he had some plug and dike, we had never heard of it but we tried it. Magic!! Every plant ought to have this stuff on hand.
