What is the shelf life for these?

Shelf life was approximately 3 months. Purchased mid February this year, expiration date May 10. Hope this helps!

According to the nutrition information on a bottle of Texas Pete a serving is a teaspoon or 4 grams and that would contain 1 carb. So taking that into account a 7 gram packet would have 1.75 carbs.

Is this the same as roasted garlic one?

I’m not sure there is a Garlic one and a Roasted Garlic one. I’ve only ever seen and use the Garlic one, and it tastes great.
